After two hours and still no food I just cancel the order, I was told the 1st time I called it?s was out for delivery then 45... mins later ( after waiting 1 hour before calling the 1st time) called back and the 2nd time no one could tell me anything aboutmy order and she just got on the phone and said ok I cancel the order. Once every few years, I make the mistake of giving Pizza Hut another chance. Once upon a time, it used to be the best of the... national franchises. It has become the worst -- no matter what location I use. The so-called pepperoni lovers pizza I orderedcertainly was not filled with the amount of toppings the photo showed or menu listing claimed. The crust tasted like acombination of sponge and air. And the buffalo wings were so disgusting I had to throw them away. The alleged chicken meat wasnasty, as was the buffalo sauce. Was that even real chicken? Shame on me, though, for giving Pizza Hut a chance. That wasdefinitely my last-ever purchase there. Read more

Last Friday evening, I ordered online and came to pick up. The lady working alone was so hardworking, kind, prompt with my... orders and the food was great. I ordered cheese personal pan pizzas for my kids and the tried the veggie lovers pizza for myselfand it was fantastic. Read more
My pizza was ordered online for delivery. I recieved an update on the pizza hut app that my pizza was out for delivery roughly... 30 minutes after ordering. About 70 minutes later, my pizza had not arrived. I called the local store to find out the status ofmy order. I was informed that they were "still waiting on a driver or no drivers available". Fortunately, the stor is not thatfar away. The manager or assistant manger did credit back delivery and tip fee which is good. They also offered a credit towardsa future pizza which I am told will be visible on the app. I thought this was also a nice gesture. My issue is that once thosepizzas come out of the oven, they are piping hot and usually stay hot a while in the delivery case. My order sat in the case forwell over an hour and the pizzas were warm bu the time i got home. At the time I arrive back home, 2 hours have passed on thisorder. My rating is based on the store accommodating me after fact. I would have appreciated a phone call much earlier giving methe option to switch to pick-up vs me having to waiting an unspecified amount of time for a delivery that was 1h+ late. Read more
While not the most modern looking Pizza hut, it feels like a blast from the 1950s past, the good there is pretty on time and... good. The lunch buffet is cheap and for the one time I went there, actually good. We've tried the hand tossed pizza, whitesauce, chicken topping, and stuffed crust. The hand tossed tastes way better than the stuffed crust. The white sauce and chickentoppings are actually good! Read more
I wasn?t going to complain about this initially, but I decided I should inform you. The staff to include the manager were not... wearing masks or gloves to prepare or package food. Also, the staff preparing food were not wearing head coverings. This wasalarming to see when people are still catching Covid and it?s variations, Influenza, Common Cold and Respiratory Syncytial Virus(RSV) Viruses. The manager wanted to argue the point that although he was not wearing gloves he was only bending the foilaround a food container and did not touch any food. The manager decided to wash he hands in front of us for 5 seconds, but oneelse did while we waited. I have seen this not only here, but at other fast food establishments too. Be careful! Read more
