I'm really disappointed with the attitude of the store manager. I ordered 5 pieces of chicken tender with an offer of free... chicken burger for pickup on Popeyes website. There was a technical issue when I completed my order. The website showed that theorder was completed, but then took me back to my cart with everything in there. I went to Recent Orders to check and couldn'tfind my order anywhere, so I tried re-ordering again. A messange popped up saying I had a duplicate order and told me to wait 5minutes before re-ordering. Something seemed wrong there. Then, I opened my bank app and checked my recent transactions. It wasright there, a charge from Popeyes 13890 Old Columbia Pike, Silver Spring, MD 20904. I thought the order should have gonethrough, it just didn't show up on my side. I decided to drive to the store. Unexpectedly, they couldn't find my order. While Iwas explaining the situation to the two employees, the store manager approached. He asked what'd happened, I explained again. Hethen turned to the two employees and told them to answer me because "she is talking to you two", he said. No Sir, I was talkingto all of you. As a manager, you should be the one talking to me, helping me with the issue, don't just leave it to youremployees. The two employees then tried to help me but failed, I don't blame them, they were not supposed to deal with problemslike this. After that, the manager jumped in and started asking me questions as if I was lying and it was my fault that theirsystem was faulty. After explaining again and again, showing them the transaction on my bank app, he accepted that something waswrong with the system and offered me a "ONE-TIME" courtesy, he emphasized and repeated. What with that attitude? Excuse me Sir,I wasn't trying to make a scene for some free chicken tenders and a burger. I was trying to get the what I'd paid for. The WORST experience I've ever had at a Popeyes. I spent over $50 on Chicken alone. Since they don't sell Cajun rice anymore, ... I asked if I could have just white rice with gravy and to charge me for two red beans and rice for the manager to say that hecouldn't do that because of the ratio of rice???? and when I told him other Popeye chains have done it, he said he's notthem....???? when they finally put my order together I then ask if I could get some sweet heat sauce, but the cashier said $.27 . I said I just bought chicken, they both (the manager and cashier) said, we only give sauce if you buy nuggets or tenders. I said I just purchased over $50 in chicken and can't get any sauce. They said yes you can if you pay. The manager needs to beretrained to problem solve. ???? He should've said let me see what I CAN do for you to keep you a satirist customer, butinstead he kept saying NO. So after he gave me my food I simply asked for my money to be refunded to me, he rolled his eyesand said of course. Now let me get this straight, you'd rather refund the $72.64 back to me than give me what I'm asking forthat is not asking for too much. Now you've lost a customer(s), inventory, because you had to throw perfectly good food awaybecause I put my hand in the bag AND, you Manager will get a bad review for your Poor Customer Service and lack of skills andcritical thinking skills to complete your job. This is the second time I came to this Popeyes and they have given me the wrong again. I specifically ordered 2 piece leg... classic and thigh classic for my daughter to eat, but they given me spicy versions instead and now she can?t even eat it becauseit?s too spicy for her. I also ordered mash potatoes and gravy, and home Mac and cheese, but they given me instead of the Macand cheese it was cold slaw. Again Mac and cheese was suppose to be for my daughter to eat and now she has nothing she can eat.Thanks a lot. Also I?ve noticed that during lunch hour, most of the workers too a lunch break and there was only one cashregister worker, and a manager that was working. Obviously they should take breaks after one gets off of break in order to nothave such a long waiting line. They also never put the orders in the mobile order pick up area and never utilize the orderwindow outside and makes people go inside to get the order at the register while there?s a long line. This Popeyes isdisorganized, and does not give you the right order. Go to a different location especially if you do mobile order. Such a wasteof our money, time, and now I?m left with a hungry kid. You can't go wrong with the food at Popeyes. However, some of the workers at this Popeyes don't seem to care about the accuracy... of mobile orders they put together. I've received chicken strips instead of shrimp, Cajun rice instead of rice and beans,regular chicken sandwiches instead of spicy, and several other notable mistakes on different occasions. I've even had severalinstances where items were missing altogether. I don't even go to Popeyes all that often, but it's gotten to the point that, onthe rare occurrence that they get my order correct, I'm surprised (in the dozens of times I've gone, it's only happened once ortwice). I am hesitant to fully blame this on the owner or workers because I've had the same problem at other Popeyes, making methink that it's a corporate issue. I'm not sure if this is a problem when ordering in person because I've only made mobileorders. If you pick up from Popeyes to eat in the car or at home, I recommend checking what's in the bag they give you beforeyou leave the restaurant. Read more

Popeye's is our favorite quick serve restaurant for chicken. We love the Cajun flavoring and always get the 12-piece family... meal. Normally I would give 5 stars but recently the biscuits have started to get quite a bit flatter and thus are not as lightand flaky as we were used to. Other than the biscuits everything else was excellent. Read more

Brand spanking new and absolutely clean. Popeyes have the best chicken sandwich. The manager was working hard to serve... customers, there was an extremely long line and one person serving with no sandwiches ready at lunch time before she jumped inand cooked 20 s/w. Mine was semi cooked.. The Indian store in the complex has great samosa for snacks while you wait ;)Business wise great location, lots of customers. They need to get their game together.. Read more

Ugh! I had left this place a mediocre review the first time I went, as they had just opened. Hoping that in the months since,... they'd improved, I tried again. Nope. Definitely won't go to this location again. I ordered a three piece meal. Whatgreeted me when I opened the box didn't appear to be chicken -- I thought it was bad calamari on first glance. Severalshredded, mutated pieces of something chicken like were breaded and tossed around the biscuit. I don't know what these chickenrings and tentacles were supposed to be, but that's not edible. Whatever it was, they were bone cold, dry, and crumbly. Ididn't even try to eat it. Read more

i order a freaking 4 piece chicken platter meal and they give me 5 little chicken wings. i call requesting a refund to my card... but they said come in for the refund, imagine i had no car i do not live in the area lazy employees don?t wanna ring up thereceipt for a simple refund. y?all barely been open and already messing up.
