I have order before the teriyaki chicken but this time was over cook to the point it's was burn and very chewy.
The food is the food is tasty but the customer service was very sub par. They rush you as you order and they are not... accommodating at all. I get paying for extra sauce but asking to put vegetables on the side; I'd have to pay for a whole othercontainer when the food is almost 20 bucks, like wth?? Make it fit! Money hungry over plastic? And she was rude in her tone andit didn't feel as if she wanted to budge. I guess you show not come visit when you're having a bad day, they wont help make itbetter. For the past year, At Sarku in White Oak, I order regular meals and meals with extrameats. The regular plates mostly have NO meats and the extras are what I would normally. However, the price is close tocosting three times the.normal price. White Oak PLEASE STOP CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS ON YOUR PRICING AND BE HONEST similar tothe services we received from PG.
