I have order before the teriyaki chicken but this time was over cook to the point it's was burn and very chewy.
The food is the food is tasty but the customer service was very sub par. They rush you as you order and they are not... accommodating at all. I get paying for extra sauce but asking to put vegetables on the side; I'd have to pay for a whole othercontainer when the food is almost 20 bucks, like wth?? Make it fit! Money hungry over plastic? And she was rude in her tone andit didn't feel as if she wanted to budge. I guess you show not come visit when you're having a bad day, they wont help make itbetter. Way too slow! Every Sarku I?ve ever been to is very fast. You get your food by the time you walk to the end of the counter. This... place makes you wait 15+ minutes after placing the order. Staff seemed disorganized. Line of people awaiting their order gotvery long. Read more
I came here and got some sushi after bowing at White Oak, and the food was really good! Everything was to-go due to COVID; we... got the California Roll, the Spicy Tuna Roll, and the Shrimp Tempura Roll, as well as Miso Soup. All were very delicious and thewait time was very reasonable! Read more

Came here like an hour before closing. They teriyaki chicken came out faster than expected- probably because they making extra... since they were closing soon. The chicken was pretty good and the portion size was alright though adding more sauce to itwouldnt hurt. The white rice wasnt cook- was a bit fluffy and dry in a good way like al dente. The sushi wasn't bad but wasn'tgood... was alright. At least it tasted better than the cold sushi you get at the grocery stores. I would could back for myfast food chicken teriyaki fix. Read more

I've Sarku for many years. I initially used Sarku at Prince George's Plaza before the closed. The portions were superior; when... I order extra's, I got my money's worth. For the past year, At Sarku in White Oak, I order regular meals and meals with extrameats. The regular plates mostly have NO meats and the extras are what I would normally. However, the price is close tocosting three times the.normal price. White Oak PLEASE STOP CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS ON YOUR PRICING AND BE HONEST similar tothe services we received from PG. The food is prepared well. However, if I drive an extra 10+ miles to frequent yourrestaurant, it would be in your best interest to STOP cheating/robbing your customers. Read more
