So Delicious!!! Just finished our dinner of Chicken Korma, Butter Chicken, Chicken Biryani, Garlic Cheese Naan, Samosas, and... Bombay Masala Toast and everything tasted great. All the dishes had the right amount of spice and the portions were great forwhat they charge. Ordering online was pretty straightforward and pickup was a breeze. Definitely going back again. As someone with high standards for Indian and Punjabi food I very much appreciated Spice Street! Food - the food was excellent.... We ordered the eggplant chat which was perfectly crispy and the sauce didn’t make it soggy, the lasooni gobi which waswonderfully seasoned both the cauliflower filling and the sauce wasn’t too overwhelmingly garlicky, the chole bhatura, shahipaneer, garlic naan and lacha paratha. The chole bhatura and shahi paneer we ordered as medium spicy and it lived it. It was theperfect level of spice. Both were very flavorful. The bhatura was fried perfectly. The only comment I will make is that onepiece of the garlic naan was a little undercooked and they weren’t able to accommodate adjustments including making a chilinaan. We ordered rose Falooda for dessert which was wonderful; the ice cream base was like kulfi with nuts and was delicious. Wehad enough for 2 meals worth leftovers so ample serving size too. Well worth the price. Staff - the staff was very attentiveand refilled our water without being asked, they answered questions about the dishes and gave recommendations since it was ourfirst time here. Ambience - very cute, well kept, seating near the window is a plus! Overall - would definitely come back!Perfect after a late day of work or cold day! Read more

We checked the timing on google and it said it closes at 3:00 PM so we reached at 2:35 PM and told hostess we need a table for... 4. She told us to wait and then 15 minutes later she told us restaurant is closed. We told her it closes at 3:00 PM but she toldGoogle map time is wrong & they don’t take any customer after 2:30 PM. As you see I posting the review before 3:00 PM. Itwould be more appropriate to update the timings on the website then mislead customer to walk in to only find out it closed. Read more

The most difficult thing to find in US while searching for Indian restaurants is the Indian taste. This place almost touches... that. They make curries perfectly and the lunch menu is perfect too. One of the best Indian restaurants I came across recentlyaround Silver Spring downtown. There were few others too but it seems they closed down over the covid period. Read more
