Slow service, "out" of stock, and frankly the coffee tasted bad. Should have gone to the other Starbucks down the street
This Starbucks is terrible.The Starbucks is always out of most drinks.The manager/supervisor is the worst. She only makes drinks... for employees of the store and spends 10 minutes conversing with them even if there are other customers. She also neveracknowledges/greets customers. She?s been working at this location for years and I cannot understand how she still has a job. Iguess Starbucks doesn?t care bc it?s not a main store? *I posted this under the Giant store reviews and then came back to postunder the actual Starbucks location. And I was surprised to read that many customers have this problem with the supervisor(learned that her name is Renee). ABSOLUTE WORST Starbucks in the DMV area. Most unprofessional, rude, and irritable staff I've ever seen Starbucks have at one... location for so long. No one really wants to work, they get an attitude with you because THEY don't have proper stock. The onlycustomers they like to serve are the people employed at this Giant location lol. They mock their customers and act like we can'thear them. This location gives Starbucks a bad name. Each Starbucks employee needs both a reality check and retraining withcustomer service. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Anytime I come to this location the workers act like they have somewhere else they?d rather... be. They hold up the line while holding conversations with customers who have received their order already or their coworkers.My regular drinks I get at other locations are never made correctly!! Oh and older RUDE light skin lady is always ?out? ofeverything but I can?t tell if she?s actually out of it or doesn?t feel like making it... Management should be fired. Anytime I stop here they say they only have coffee or iced coffee. This morning they have no lids so... I can?t purchase anything other then a tall. I got a tall anyway and the drink tasted terrible smh. Employees veryunprofessional making their own drinks while I?m waiting for mine. Today was the last time I try this location even if I?mshopping at this giant. Read more

Sigh. I love Starbucks. I really do. But this one located inside the Giant Food Store was not good. Customer service was... lacking. The gentleman who made my coffee today was not friendly or approachable. He seems as if he didn?t want to workthere. What really made this a bad review is that my Grande Toasted White Chocolate Mocha was not filled to the top. (Seepicture) & the taste was also very burnt. I know that the Toasted White Chocolate Mocha is supposed to have a ?toasted? taste,but not a burnt taste. I also bought a Grande Hot Chocolate, lol, I should have gotten my own Swiss Miss and made it at homecause that would have been 10 times better. I won?t be back to this location. Read more
This is the worst Starbucks I have been too. I come to this Giant to go grocery shopping at least once a week. I'd like to get a... cold brew or chai while I shop but they literally never have it? It's crazy. Every single time I come they are out of multiplethings. I worked in a standalone Starbucks for many years. I'd love to know why this location is always out of regular product.Also the customer service is awful. Just go somewhere else. Read more
