Staff is friendly and polite... service is fast, I would definitely visit again.
The service has really gone downhill here. I recently placed an order through the app for pickup. The app showed me that my... order was ready so I went to the store and saw a big line to the door. I went to the pickup or "express" area and the lady saidmy order wasn't ready and that they are busy. They kept making orders for people in line even though I had placed my order 30mins prior. I had to wait another 15 mins for them to make only half my food; I told them to cancel the other half and give mewhat they made. They are understaffed and undertrained--one worker had to translate every customer request to the only otherworker. I saw two people leave the line in frustration. Cloverly Subway is clean, no wait time, delicious tuna sub on whole wheat bread, toasted with pepper jack cheese. Yummy!
I usually always go here, they?ve always had amazing service. I went there a couple days ago and overheard a very racist comment... towards the Indian community. It was by the lady working in the front she was Hispanic (not that it matters I just want her tobe held accountable) There was an Indian guy there that I guess ordered most of the tomatoes then once he left she went startedbashing him saying the most inappropriate things about the Indian community as a whole to this guy who was ordering hissandwich. I live 2 blocks from Subway in cloverly and does not make sense they don't honor Subway coupons. I was not happy with that. You... are a Subway or not? Read more
I've been here several times and the servers are always nice and very friendly. I've also never had a problem with the food.... It's good by Subway standards. In fact, the bread this last time tasted very fresh, which you don't always get at Subway. Kudosto this well managed Subway. Read more
