Pho was ok. Service not good. Egg roll was strange looking and disgusting. My daughter's food was partially frozen. They asked... for cash because they said their machine didn't have connection (which I didn't understand because they had cable). My daughterhad to go to the bank before we could eat. They have decent food and the host was nice. However, the grill quail I got wasn't cooked evenly. It was still raw in the... middle. We also had a banh mi (sandwich) with shrimp. The shrimps still had the shell on them. Not sure I would come backnow. Read more

Not worth it. Odd portions. I ordered a vegetable fried rice and they clearly burnt the rice. It had burnt pieces and a burned... smoked flavor in it. Do not recommend this place. Read more

We weren’t impressed by this pho place compared to many of the other choices around here. As others have said, several items... on the menu were unavailable, and the pho itself was among the most mediocre to disappointing I’ve had anywhere. It was blandand only had hints of the aromatic notes that you’d typically expect lots of. Also, the one appetizer that we ended upsettling on — fried spring rolls, after being told that all fresh cold spring rolls were unavailable — was clearly fried inold oil. Once we got the correct food, it was delicious. But there were many problems. Our order was taken incorrectly, and one dish was... not what we ordered, and we had to send it back.The chicken in the second dish was not cooked, so we had to send it back, aswell. The mens bathroom was disgusting and unsanitary. The prices on the menu are several dollars cheaper than what was on ourfinal check. We also did not receive a discount for the inconvenience and the young woman was unable to over ride the pricediscrepencies. She was very apologetic. Came here 5 years ago or so and it was amazing. Came here recently and the experience was not great. They're undergoing... renovations so the interior isn't great to look at, the staff are not very friendly, and the food isn't the best. Furthermore,they were out of a few menu items we wanted to try. Overall, the experience was bad and I cannot recommend this to anyone. It'sone star because I did get something to eat eventually and I didn't get sick from it. Although I never got my drinks. Probably the first pho place that I’ve been to where I didn’t look up any reviews prior, but I was not disappointed. The... place was dead at lunch time, but the pho was solid. Only issue was the fact that there are flies EVERYWHERE. I thought it wasjust a few lingering around me because I had food at my table, but when you take a look at the walls, they’re covered inflies. I recommend getting take out rather than dining in. Read more
