Such a shame!! Great restaurants and unprofessional employees in all their locations specially the Aspen Hill area location!... They never pick up the phone and when I get there to order my food in person I see 3 employees working and at least 6 peoplestanding around doing absolutely nothing when you ask why you don't pick up the phone They will tell you because we were busy! I ordered a sandwich and drove over 20 minutes for them to tell me it was sold out. And then they said I had to cancel the order... to receive my refund and to cancel it you have to call the restaurant and guess what they don?t answer the phone! Called 10times last night. Read more

This place has top quality tasting chicken. I try not to do delivery and get the orders myself but when its available and... sometimes free its very convenient. Im happy i can tip the drivers on the app. This order was better than ever. I tried theiroriginal hot and lemon pepper. If i could give this rating a 6 i would. Good wings cooked right. The baskets of fries are huge. It's the sauces that are lacking in flavor.
Serving can take long almost never ready on time; location is clean. They offer delivery as well due to the pandemic. need... management to get things on time even when there are many staff members! I wish the customer service was better. Wings were toodry and not marinated enough. Read more
Zero customer service. No greeting. Waited in line while no one offered to take my order. Was asked once if was there for... pickup, which I wasn?t. They just walked away and didn?t ask anything else. ?Sorry, someone will be right with you.? goes along way. Three workers approached the cash register and none of them offered any bit of help.
