I placed an order in store, only because when i tried to call no one answered the phone. At the time i placed the order, i was... told it would take approximately 10 minutes, but so far that was 40 minutes ago. I am only leaving two stars because the twopeople working are actually constantly busy. This place has a ridiculous wait time and i will not be returning. Read more

My husband ordered pizzas online for me to pick up today. I went in to the store and waited for my food. As I stood in the store... I was watching the workers and was surprised to see a toddler running around in the back of the store and all over behind thecounter. The lady that was cutting pizza was also playing with the toddler and picking her up and carrying her around. She alsoleft the store and went out to get the toddlers diaper bag. The whole time this was happening she never once changed her gloves(even when she went outside). She also held the toddler while she was cutting the pizzas. This is all very unsafe and unsanitary!The toddler could have gotten hurt on the ovens and equipment back there. Also it was very unsanitary to be picking up the childand going outside without washing her hands before going back to work. She also worked the cash register without washing betweenjobs. I wish I had gotten my money back and left. Also by the time I got my pizza it was 20 minutes past the time they told meto pick up my pizzas. Read more

We have a saying in our house "There is no bad pizza just some better than others" Yes rating of 5, you just can not beat the... price, the speed, and the pizza is always hot, How do they do that? When it comes to a basic pizza they really have found theformula. I like that you can see the entire store behind the scenes, you know what you are getting. My wife just loves thecrazy bread. The only thing I find that is not that good is the parking, but not so bad to lower the rating. All I can say isPIZZA PIZZA. Keep up the good work and keep it Hot. Read more
To start they have 0 Hot and Ready pizzas absolutely non. Considering thats pretty much their namesake thats just ridiculous.... There is no standard system for ordering if you come in store. They seemed to not even be able to stay on top of their call inor online orders either. I mean you have someone back their slapping toppings on pizzas and running them trough an oven thatsstaked three high that could probably make 6 pizzas at a time. Shameful really. Read more
