This location really struggles to get things right. We sat waiting for over an hour for food, people around us also waiting... (almost entire room), people who did get some food didn?t get things like bread or extras on there order. For the price andquality it is mind boggling how they can do this. They should have just shut the doors and said no more, than keep takingpeoples money and have people sitting around. Disgraceful service and really lacks any management to just tell people service is90 minutes for a soup and some bread. Read more

We were sitting in the corner and this lady was super rude to the sweet girl running food. the girl called out a food order and... another table claimed it before the woman could and when the girl was able to bring the food over to this woman the woman threwa ginormous fit over the food having been set down on another table, telling the girl, very rudely, that she needed to remake itand telling her not to roll her eyes(which the girl did not i watched lol). the woman had the worst attitude and the girlhandled it very quietly and professionally. even after all that the woman recieved a free cookie, which she did not deserve, andstill had the audacity to make up lies about how the girl argued with her about it(again this ?arguing? did not happen).overall, staff handled it very well, this lady clearly needs to get a better life. Ordered online. Got to the store, after waiting 15 minutes after the provided time, the order hadn't been started. Requested a... cancellation. Took forever to get it cancelled, so I could get a receipt. This would have been a great opportunity to hand outa 10% off coupon, or suggest that they deliver the order for free. This didn't go well. Started with my wife & I first order selections being unavailable. Gave us their buzzer to tell us when our... order was ready. It never went off. Found our order sitting on the pickup table out in the open for anyone to grab. I hadswitched my order to their new Spicy chicken sandwich. It was only OK, not spicy. Fail, fail, and fail. This isn't a terrible place to stop if you need a quick, okay bite to eat. Don't plan on being blown away by anything on their... menu, and expect to pay a bit more than similar styled fast, casual joints. The interior is clean and the staff is friendly. Read more
Immediately I walked in and was met with a foul odor. Off putting but I still ordered The lady at the cash register blew her... nose on the screen and smeared it. But luckily she was very lovely and I got exactly what I wanted. However I noticed that thesandwich had multiple short dark black hairs that smelt of the pubic region. Read more
