Went to Red Lobster for a birthday dinner; early afternoon. We had good service and few people there (it's in the downtown... shopping district, so it's more of a destination than drop-in for lunch spot). Just had lunch here last week and my wife and I got the endless shrimp, soup and salad and we also ordered some drinks. The food... was on point I loved the soup. Our server though, Lisa, she was outstanding! She had my wife and I laughing and enjoying a goodtime, Lisa was very attentive and answered all of our menu questions since it was our first time. Really the five start reviewis for her because she was slammed and coming from the service industry I know how frazzled you can get and she held it down. We were very happy with our Red Lobster experience. It’s not a place we normally go but some friends had given us a gift card... and we certainly couldn’t let that go to waste. Our service was attentive by a very pleasant server. The food was very goodand we were satis with the portion size. In fact we both took some of our meal home. It was a bit more expensive than I thoughtit would be but I expect the recent inflation was partly to blame. Our overall bill was definitely driven up because we shared abottle of wine. The service was great, our waitress was very nice! And my husband liked his Salmon, but I got the lobster and definitely not up... to par. With lobster in the name you’d expect it to be good but it was very bland and honestly the lobster looked so sick.I’ve never seen the foam turn black before. If I go back, I won’t be getting the lobster. The bread was amazing! My babyloved it and we had to order more! Read more

Staff was great the 15 minutes we were told to wait wasn’t even that long. Waiter was respectful and courteous and served the... food with little to no wait and was fairly quick about asking if we needed anything else. Food quality was great…wifeyenjoyed her shrimp fettuccine and the kids destroyed their food. Overall family experience was great and my book. Woulddefinitely return to eat here again Read more
