The situation we were in was handled well. A Saturday. Wrong choice right there. Asked if we could set at "bar". I didn't know... what the bar was. ????. WE WERE SET TO GO IMMEDIATELY. OUR WAITRESS WAS WONDERFUL. THE ONLY THING WRONG WAS THE SAUSAGE THEYSERVER! ???????? I AM SO SORRY I DIDN'T TAKE A PICTURE. COULDN'T EAT IT. The service was the best thing going. Sad that your company uses soy oil in their kitchens. Soy is one of the worst allergens along with peanuts. I've enjoyed eating... at your restaurant, but now I'm bypassing it until you omit the soy. It makes people sick, most people probably don't even knowthey are allergic, they get stomach aches thinking they have food poisoning ,and so you end up getting poor reviews becauseyour company wants to save money. Please consider using sunflower oil. It's a healthier alternative and your reviews mightimprove. Read more

I love a good breakfast especially with excellent customer service. Although it’s hard to screw up eggs, breakfast links and... hash browns at a place like this, it’s the customer service that makes the food great. The hash browns were awesome and ourservice was the best. She was so busy but hustled w a big smile and was spot on the entire time. Shari’s is the place for good comfort food. Silverdale Shari’s has pleasant and attentive staff and always friendly. Where... can you get an order of eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast for 7.99? The last time I was there, my son and I sat and had a serious conversation that took longer than our meal time by about 20 or 30... minutes. When we paid the bill with the tip she was clearly not happy with a 20% tip as her face was angry as she work the till.I was watching from the booth. Another way Chris came and took over Florida some coffee and said I know you just want to hangout that's cool that's fine. It looks like you have an important conversation going on. I get it may I get you more coffee? Ifelt terrible having caused our first waitress loss of tips from another clients because we sat there so long. I should havethought to tip greater. Normally, I would have tipped more to make up the difference. My mind was elsewhere. We apologize to thewoman who had the first booth on the right. I forgot to leave a tip for the Young lady who was so good to us at the end. Wow, Iblew it. Attention customers, be aware of table availability, so that the wait staff tips not affected. On a slower day ifprobably wouldn't make a difference, but please keep an eye out. Tips , at least 20%, are essential to keep the bills paid, keepthe family happy, ACTIVE, and HEALTHY food on the table. ALWAYS BE KIND TO THOSE WHO SERVE YOU, THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO SAY,'YOU MATTER.
