Food is usually pretty good. Orders are normally accurate. Ive once ordered at the kiosk and then waited 30 minutes and ended... up asking about my food and they said i didnt order; lucky i had the receipt emailed to me and i showed it to them, they quicklymade my food and then gave me an expired coupon. Overall, this is my favorite Taco Bell on the peninsula. But there is an badhomeless issue at this location. Typically they leave everyone alone and just sit around, but occasionally they will yell atpeople, catcall, and be generally scary. Read more
I just visited this location at 5:40 PM today, September 25th 2022. Order # 471 at location #037297. I received zero sauce... packets, and one of my soft tacos was actually not even in a wrapper and I had to pick the contents out of the bottom of the bagto put back in my unwrapped taco. The unwrapped soft taco made a nast mess all over the other items in the bag (chalupa and 3other tacos) lyckily my childrens cinnamon twists were on top and not affected. Pretty gross and I still have no sauce. Wouldapreciate a contact back from Regional if they bother reading these. Read more
Could be better at different times in the day, when they?re forced to actually care, but let me tell you. Night time, when you?d... think be with people they?d mostly vibe with would order, they screw over the most. I door dashed an order that had a crunchwrap supreme, cheesy Gordita crunch, and a Chalupa. The crunch wrap supreme barely had ANY meat on it, the cheesy Gordita crunchhad no lettuce or cheese on it, the chalupa had barely ANY meat on it as if I ordered a salad. We called and told them about thedoor dash order and that we would come in person Instead. The person who was at the window was minimal and stand off ish, and were ordered our food.. the cheesy Gordita crunch still had zero lettuce. You can?t trust what?s going on nowadays as they don?tcare about the type of service they give it about what you say is lacking. And you don?t want to say TOO much to risk themspitting in the food. If they haven?t already. The pandemic doesn?t matter because nobody is getting fired if they?re pretendinglike they?re willing to work. This is the first review I?ve ever made on Taco Bell. I LOVE Taco Bell. However, this is absolutely disgusting? eating my taco... and felt the hair in my mouth and started to pull it out. Just stopped in for lunch with my boys. Took 20 minutes in the lobby to get food! Employees had the lights off in the dining... area so it looked like they were closed so they didn't have to work. Soon as we came in they had to scramble back to make us ourfood! Wow! This is not the type of service that's going to help our economy! Don't come here. As I took a few pulls from my star just now I noticed to my surprise my drink was done. Low and behold it was 80% ice. I feel... sorry that taco bell is having a Pepsi shortage. Additionally They gave me 3 hot sauses for my 6 items and I had requested firesause. ???? Read more
