11:45 a.m and doors were locked. A couple in front of me tried to open door. employees were sitting down. They yelled at the... couple for trying to open the door. Then proceeded to laugh and stick their tongue out at them. Off to the side of the door ?New Hours 12:00-6:00? printed of paper - easily can miss. This chipotle is the worst I?ve ever been to. Online says their hours are normal, but that is completely wrong. They open at... noon and close at 6 pm. Some days even 4:00pm! Absolutely terrible experience. I hate this chipotle and if every chipotle waslike this one I would never go to another. The workers are unfriendly and do not care about their job at all. Half the time theworkers are too lazy to even have all the ingredients available. Do not go to this chipotle. I will drive to Denver before goingto this chipotle again. Read more

We catered from here for a conference this weekend and they were absolutely so wonderful. They helped us get the food loaded in... our cars and were absolutely so sweet! Such wonderful and kind staff! I was unaware we couldn't pay tip on a card for cateringso we will absolutely bring cash next time because they were beyond helpful! Read more

One star review for how poorly the service was and how VERY rude employees are here. Was treated very rudely after being nice... to one of the darker haired girls. Then service after was awful and the guy at the register almost forgot to have us pay. Whichwould?ve been nice for us. Probably should have been free after the service. This place is going downhill. Chipotle in general, but especially this location. They won?t accept mobile orders here for months... now. Seems like chronic staffing issues. No longer a good option for something reliably quick in Silverthorne unless you havetime to roll the dice and wait in the line, often to the door. The quality of the food often seems off here to me too. To makethings even more awkward, today I was charged $3.00 for queso, which is $1.50 at any other Chipotle.
