Worst gas station in town don?t waste your time or money. The miserable employees screamed in my face and insulted me a few... times when all I had was kind words to say. Pretty wild seeing an old woman act like a 12 year old girl having a tantrum. I hadjust spent 1200$ on repairing my van a few towns over and I had ran out of gas just to be treated like complete garbage. 0humanity or understanding. She proceeded to call the police attempting to screw with my PERSONAL LIFE because she couldn?thandle a respectable adult conversation. Not a very good representation of kum & Go gas stations. The shorter man who works mornings with pony tail and glasses walked into the bathroom and proceeded to complain about how... someone was in the stall saying ?of course, there?s always someone.? Then went back in seconds later to say ?I?m not playingthis waiting game, hurry the F@$k up.? The employee was out of line, and has no defense for being so rude. The gentleman Ryan that works the night shift to keep kum n go open 24/7 is really awesome keeps the place looking professional... and clean. Everytime I show up after I get out of work late always has a smile, super friendly, and always seems like he doingsomething to keep the place up instead of taking advantage of working alone and just sitting on phone. From my experienceshowing up he always acknowledges customers when they walk In and he makes little jokes just to make them smile. Definitelydeserve his position there and I would like to see him stay for awhile. I'm glad he's there. There's always fresh coffee and teathere never tastes old. Store by the way at night is always stocked unlike other local gas stations in the area I'm guess thanksto Ryan for doing his job and not slacking. Read more
As most places short staff. When staff there food is made (Wednesday $1 slice pizza), check out is fast, restrooms always clean,... I like clean restrooms at gas station! Thank you... These working folks are doing their best and it shows nicely. Any negativereviews would seem to be tourist not understanding work force is limited in mountains... Lucky doors are not locked. Customer service is TERRIBLE. We stop by to purchase gas and wash our windows, no water in the washer stations (not a single... one). Went inside, was asked two employees, politely, to fill the water stations, 15 minutes later no response at all, theyjust laughed and said they have few Customers to take care.....was no one inside????????.
