I got in line and ordered my food of a Dave's double. After I paid, I waited for my name to be called. I watched the screen that... shows the progress of your order and watched it go from in progress to ready within 1-2 minutes of me ordering. I listened formy name to be called and it wasn't. After waiting 8 minutes, I went to the counter and explained that my order was lost. One ofthe workers stated that, that was a long time ago bud and told me that he had called my name. I told him that I was listeningand that my name was not called. I ordered a dine in order and was watching for the plastic tray to be put our, which neverhappened. The shift manager then told me that it wasn't a big deal and that I shouldn't get upset and that we are all on thesame team. I didn't raise my voice, or even get heated. The workers should have acknowledged the mistake and make it right forthe customer instead of blaming the customer for the situation. Customer service 101. Read more
