It?s good to make friends on a road trip. Someone insisted that I should go to Silverton and eat at Thee Pits Again. I love... BBQ. What can I say. So while I was road-tripping in Ouray, I headed to Silverton and looked for a pink structure in town. Yup, just like the dude told me. You can?t miss the place. It was late in the afternoon. They sold out of the brisket. Isettled for the ribs. I can?t believe how much food they gave me for a little bite. And the food disappeared quickly. Theribs were falling off the bone.
