Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter a few days before her actual party and when I arrive to pick up the cake they told me... that they didn?t make it and asked me to wait 30 minutes for it to be done. Spent $35.??, in the order was 2 chicken strip baskets, I said gravy for both. When we realized there no was gravy, went back... inside was told, "we are out." Very upsetting. I've had nothing but bad customer service here the last several visits. They hand you the food, dont even say have a good night... or there ya go. They just hand it to you and shut the window. Don't even get a chance to ask anything. And when I first orderedI sat and waited at the drive through after they said what can we get you, I gave them my order and no response. After a fewminutes of saying hello they finally said oh hi and asked again for my order... tonight I ordered the chicken strip meals withblizzards.. $22 and all we got was 3 little chicken nuggets in each order. Worst customer service. First off there is no instruction on how to pick up a order placed online besides just pick it up. There... was also no sign on the door about online orders when arriving. The door was unlocked, so I went in and I said I was here topick up an order and they proceeded to say that I couldn't be in the lobby and I had to go through the drive-thru to pick it up.I then had to get in line behind several cars for an order that was already ready according to the online status. What is thepoint of ordering ahead or online when your have to wait in the drive-thru. Once I got up to the window 15 minutes later, I satthere for 4-5 minutes longer and not one single person came to the window. The girl who told me to get in the drive-thrudisappeared and a man finally came over and handed me a bag of food and drinks.
