I ate inside the restaurant on November 16th around 5:30pm. It was so cold in there that I felt like I was inside a... refrigerator. My food was cold before I could even finish it. customer service here is a joke. the manager wont look customers in the eyes while theyre placing their orders, 6 employees and... not one of them was working on the line for 3 minutes while i was there waiting with 6 orders on their screen. the employeeswere making fun of the drive thru customers loud enough i could hear on the other end of the lobby, which they keep at acomfortable 40 degrees! i witnessed one employee go to the bathroom before taking off her gloves, which is against health coderegardless of if she takes them off before coming back into the kitchen. nobody called my order when it was done, it sat on theside counter for several minutes before the same manager who avoids eye contact held my bag up and set it on the counter andwalked away Read more
I feel so horrible for the poor kids working here. Management and owners have be the worst at any Taco Bell Ever. Today they... were out of beans, taco meat, Pepsi and who knows what else. How is this possible it?s Taco Bell and you can?t make tacos orburritos. The last time I was there they tried to charge me $40 for a 12 piece chicken strip meal. When I questioned this andasked for manager, manager said they are privately owned and can charge what they want. I am shocked that this place is stillopen. Without green sauce you no longer stand out to us. Might as well go to DelTaco. They have a more diverse menu. And green sauce. Fire the dummy who said your franchise owners could stop offering greensauce. Seriously, a stupid move in the competitive market. I have always had issues with not getting something, whether it's a garnish or a drink.

Worst customer service stood at the counter waiting for a fork for 5 minutes. 2 workers even a manager saw me and didn't ask... what I was waiting for. And sad to say we weren't the only one's in there being treated like this!! ???? Read more
