I?ve ordered twice now from this location and the food has been delivered a half hour later than the requested time. This is... not freakishly fast. Very disappointed in their quality of service. I would not recommend delivery from this store. Read more

Danielle or Daniela (Not sure what her name was) is awesome!!! Their system was down and wouldn?t take our cards but she went... above and beyond to still make sure we were happy customers!!!! This type of employee should be valued greatly by her company! Read more

The young female manager needs some work on her people skills. She is not manager material. Every time I try to use the app, I... have one issue or another. When I got my email confirmation, I saw an error ? I had (tried) to order 2 unwhiches, one confirmedon French bread. I immediately called the store, phone was answered by an employee, when I started to say why I was calling thephone was handed off to the manager without any transition. So I had to start my sentence over again and explain, and I addedthat I continually have trouble with the app. She did say she was sorry that is happening and she will remake my order. (remake?I hadn?t even got a confirmation that it was ready ? which I didn?t get until 3 hours later). When I entered the store, I hadhoped to talk to her about the issues I?m having with the app and see about getting my free pickle. She said she couldn?t do iton this order because it was already paid for, it would have to be on a new order. I said ?ok, so I can place a new order andtry it?? ? I believe she thought I wanted to cancel my existing unwhich order and start over. I said ?no, can I just place anorder for a pickle and redeem my free pickle?? ? she was having trouble understanding me because I was wearing a mask, and shewas apparently busy with a large order and overwhelmed. She, waved the knife in her hand in my direction and in a very abruptand snippy manner she said ?YOU HAVE TO WAIT! I HAVE OTHER ORDERS!? ? I stepped back, opened the app and ordered a pickle, thenI clicked redeem on my free pickle. I thought that would result in buying 1 pickle and getting a 2nd one free. When she saw theorder come up, she said out loud, again in a condescending tone ?You figured it out, good job!?. As they were finishing up myorder, she cut my pickle and put it in my bag. Sandwiches are ALWAYS wrong. Every time. Doesn't matter if you order in store or online...they just cannot get it right! They... ring up right, just cannot execute as ordered! AND in the summer, gnats are a guarantee. Yuck. Go to Moline instead. Never hadan issue there. Read more

I go there all the time! The food is good and the chips are the best! Some of their employees are exceptional! Whether its the... charming young man with the beautiful green eyes and a huge muscular frame or the funny Hufflepuff looking employee.???????????? p.s. I'm not a reviewer, but after seeing the reviews on this page I had to say something. This restaurant has always been great to... me. I order all the time!! It doesn't matter if I'm the only one in there or if there's a line of peolple because I still get myfood really quickly. Whoever gave a bad review on this page must have had a bad day or something becuase I'll be honest and saythey have messed up my sandwich befor, but they always fix it with no problems.
