Usually really good service and food but today has to be the worst experience I have had at an A&w, I was told my burger was... going to be ten minutes to make and it arrived cold and was missing cheese, furthermore the fries was undercooked andoversalted. I will not be returning to this location on the weekends anymore. Read more
Tried the hot Nashville chicken sandwich and was very disappointed. The chicken was dry and the coating was hard. You see the... ads and the sauce on the sandwich looks moist and juicy contrary to what i received. Definitely not worth the money paid. Burgers were great! Tried the new Double Double, with fries and onion rings. No salt on fries nor was any to be found inside... restaurant. Fries were cold and tasted stale. Onion rings were also cold. Coffee was bitter and tasted like it had been onburner for a few hours. Just not up to A & W standards. Read more
