I am truly speechless for the garbage you call food. Ordered through app, nuggets meal 2 dips, bacon deluxe mc crispy and cheese... burger. What i got was nuggets with no dip, no straw, a soggy mc"crispy" with no bacon and soggy close to cold fries. They didnteven put cheese on the dang CHEESEburger (a drip of ketchup, two stale buns and a meat patty) and the so called lg sprite wassoda water with very little taste. Its partially my fault for not checking every single item in my bag before leaving but Itruly did not think this could have ever been this bad or I would have. Ill remember to go somewhere else next time. This is byfar the worst experience I have ever had at a Mcdonalds anywhere in my life. Read more
Watching the counter staff inside this place is like watching a monkey hump a football. I've walked out of here twice in the... last month because I just can't take that level of incompetence. This is just one of many reasons I go to St Thomas for 99% ofmy needs. I never have these kinds of issues stopping at the McDonald's in St Thomas or Aylmer. Read more
I ordered 2 Crispy Chicken Meals & 2 Kids Meals. I was asked to pull into the "Waiting Area". There are 3 spots but after I... pulled in there were 5 cars. (Why so many ppl waiting) Someone kept coming up to me asking me if they had my order. I waitedfor 15-20 mins. That is totally ridiculous! I would have gone in, but I had 2 small kids in the car. The lady next to me washaving the same experience as I was, we weren't happy. We watched ppl go in & come out with food within that time. I reachedout to McDonald's & their excuse was it was busy! I'm not one to write reviews when I get pist about poor food but when I go in and gotta pay $8.00 for a simple put together... burger and go back to my vehicle only to find that I gotta to remake it cause it's it has been made so poorly like someone justslapped it all togeather with no care makes me pist. It's only the cook line and poor care for customers thats gonna bring thisfranchise down... I honestly hope robots take the position of line cooks at this point at least our food will be madecorrectly... Read more
Long drive through wait. On our way out of town. Ordered 2 coffees one large black and one medium decaf black. Got one... sweetened black and one cream and sugar. Guy at the payment was mixed up and finally got it right the. The pick up area waswrong. Not happy. Read more
It's a McDonald's: you know what you're getting. My friend & I ordered in-house and I remember mentioning how freshly cooked... everything was. It was very busy there at the moment, but these folks operated like a well-oiled machine, it took less than 5minutes to complete more than 5 orders ahead of us before we were served. Moreover: I don't like condiments and always order myburger plain....they not only got it right the first time, I also heard someone say "quality check on that QP special". AND whenI realized I accidentally ordered it to stay and needed it switched to a bag they were very friendly and accommodating. Not to happy. I paid 20 dollars for a combo and a burger so you would think it would have been done better, You have one job to... do and it's done very poorly. I get you dont care about your jobs and it shows. Got a large fry and I was half full of coldfries, got big Mac with extra extra extra Pickles and it literally had 2 Pickles and the paddy's were stale, even the drink waswatered-down. Will not be ever going back there again. McDonald's used to be so good, what happened. Read more
I would give zero stars if I could! I ordered a double quarter pounder but meal with a large fry and drink, I got a single even... though I paid for double, the fry I may as well of got a regular size as it was over half empty...
