Most of the staff have an awful attitude, as if you are bothering them, and such rude answers when you ask anything. Getting... your order takes ages, especially if you Mobil order because they just ignore them until you are standing there. Today it was 27minutes from when I ordered to when I got it. Then they regularly forget items from your order. Happened several times to me,today I decided to just delete the app so I won?t be tempted to ever try again. Key cards kept demagnetizing. Of our group of 12 only 2 or 3 had no problem with the key card 3/12. The pool area was closed... already and there was nowhere anyone could just sit, relax and enjoy all the patios were closed. Beds were firm andcomfortable. Save your money and don't eat at Don Cherry's. Also would not recommend if you have a bag vehicle as parking istight. Read more
We?ve never been to this location, but the one that was on our way out, that we usually stop at was closed due to staff... shortage. We were surprised! Coffee was so fresh and hot. They were out of stock on my favourite (Iced Cinnamon Bun), but the apple fritter and iced coffee were good as always. On a... side note, I was doing some work from this location, and the wifi is great! Usually the wifi at most restaurants is spotty atbest, never missed a beat here! Thanks Tim Hortons! Read more
The 5 stars are for the overworked and underpaid employees. It took me 23mins to get through the drivethru, and despite what... some may think, I watched through the window as the employees ran around and never stopped. This place is busy, the employeesdo their best, but for a beverage we all depend on everyday, the employees should be paid properly. Terrible Drive Thru. The wost wait times ever and there is no way to exit if you change your mind and tired of... waiting. Happened to me i waited and waited i even had to turn my engine off. I finally called the store to ask what washolding things up. I dont understand...there is space for 4 to 5 cars between the order speaker and the window. If you give 1minute per car to pay and pick up order...thats 5 minutes to prep an order before the car gets to the window....that is a HUGEamount of time! Why were we waiting and i had no way out of that hellish line up. I asked why dont they park the cars thathave to wait extra...their response..."we are not McDonald's" Well maybe you should be more like them! I visit this place at random using the drive thru....everytime I wait 15-20 minutes in the drivethru line...5-6 cars ahead of... me, that's it. I don't know what happened to this franchise, but it rated the worst in my opinion. I visit daily a single lineDT in the city I work in and they can serve three times the vehicles than this location. Use the TH at the south end ofSimcoe...it will save you time and aggrevation. Read more
