Love this place, as it is our go-to pizza option and I think it is, when things are done correctly, the best pizza in all of... Simi Valley. We order for pick-up about once per month. The last several pizzas were right on the money, perfect. However,tonight?s we noticed a huge change. The pizza was dried, as in possibly overcooked, there was a huge reduction in pizza sauceand cheese! The attached picture will support this. I am wondering how this might happen and if management has implemented somechanges to cut costs. God, I hope it is not the case, as I would hate to see the very best pizza fall by the waste side!! Best Chi-Chi imho!!!! Came here for my first time on my birthday. Ordered a pizza, meat sauce spaghetti with mushroom,... antipasto salad, and steamed green claims for bread. So full and no room for dessert! Good service and good food. I normally isnot a pizza lover but strongly recommend their pizza! Also love the meat sauce spaghetti! my mom visited both this locationand the one in Northridge, she said this place IS better! p.s. takes major credit cards. :) Read more

Love their Pizza. Thick, robust, cheesy. Cast aside any pizza snobbery: I was born in NYC, worked there for 20 years. Had NYC's... best pizzas. Yes, it's great. But I moved to Simi and lived there for 5 very nice years, now back in the NYC Metro area. Guesswhere I'd like to have a pizza from most nights: yup: Chi-Chi's in Simi. So let's ???? here we waited over 20min to be seated. After we where seated it took another 20 maybe 20 min just to get water!!... Thw waiter was lost. We got more help from the bus boy the the waiter. Our food was cold the pizza was supposed to be crispy itwas Soggy. It toke 2 hrs 25 min to tonget food eat then pay insane. They need to focus on both in & out meals. I saw that theto go line was moving faster then the people inside. If it wasn't for the bus boy I would give this place a 1 when it was a5star place. Been here on several occasions with my friend and have always been pleased with the food and service. The food is always fresh,... hot, and delicious. The waiters/waitresses have always been pleasant and have served us with a smile. The occasions we've beenthere have been on a Sunday afternoon (~2-3pm) and we've never had to wait. They quickly have assigned us a table. Parking is alittle trickier but have always managed to find a parking space nearby the establishment. The truth, I have no complaints tomention , up until now, of this nice, eating establishment. Do recommend it and, personally, I will keep going to this place for their lasagna, pasta, and pizza.
