I always love going to Chili's. Positive vibes and decent food. They also have one of the best Bloody Mary mixes.
Very empty and we noticed that the reason why it was probably empty at 5 59 on a monday right next to a busy area cause of one... waitress. Who decided to brush my family members off. And then we asked for something to go with our meal and waitress told usshe got it but the family members didnt come with the choice they decided for . And then the waitress said ... who who ... whoserved you. And we all look at her (the 4 of us ) looked at her and we all said... YOU . And even before that I ordered the 3for 10.99 since it's simple for me to pick a smaller menu then a bigger one and I asked for the soup .... and before I evenasked what soup was their . She got close to my face and said what do you want. While she put her hands up in the airsarcastically.. it felt uncomfortable and I felt that my own human existence was in her way. I'm already a anxiety filled messand this chilis didnt feel like a restaurant but thankfully our waitress got replaced and if you ever go to this chilies hopeyou dont get a older waitress with long grey hair . ? Omelette was pretty good , most of the toppings were on top and not inside. Avocado was fresh but the eggs were a bit dry,... spinach was a bit stemmy and Definitely could of used more cheese. Read more
Such a great choice when taking advantage of their 3 for 10 dollars special. Since my company moved to Simi Valley, I started... trying places here since we don't have a fridge in the office yet. I had a reward to use for their 3 for 10 dollars specialgoing so I was able to get my sirloin steak. For my sides I just got double fries and chips/salsa for my appetizers. I wasbummed they didn't have the Texas fries as an option. Ordering online and selecting curbside pickup was so easy. When it was mytime to go pick up my order, I was the only one there probably cause I put in my order right when they open. This Chili'slocation is shared with Costco so be prepare for the traffic inside the lot while going in and exiting. When I pulled up to thedesignated pickup spot, I sent a text that I was there and someone came out within 5 minutes to give me my order. The lady wasvery friendly and made sure I had all my sauces in the bag. I love their Sirloin Steak, keep in mind when you get your foodthat's hot .. open the container a little bit so the steam escape and doesn't continue to cook your food. My office is acrossthe street so I didn't have to do that for my food. Read more
We went into the restaurant and it was half empty but taking a long time to seat people. Was a bit worried that they were very... short staffed . But I could see a manager checking the restaurant, cleaning tables and telling the host where to seat people.Once we were given a table, the service was excellent with the person I assume was the manager, even refilling our chips. Thefood was quick and delicious. Although I figured the entire experience would be long, it was amazingly fast and efficient!Definitely worth waiting for a table when you know the service once sat would be fantastic! Read more
