Good ice cream, HORRIBLE employees!!!There were 3 employees and all 3 were very rude to the customers.
Not to thrilled with our visit. We don't come often but decided to drive to the other end of town to suprise my kiddo and she... ended up with cold not cooked all the way chicken. I was quite disappointed in this location. The cashier was friendly and the place was nice and clean. But not only was I unable... to get the chicken strips and Texas toast meal, I ended up getting completely the wrong item. Although bummed I couldn't getwhat I wanted, I decided to try the rotisserie chicken bites meal. I ended up with a chili cheese dog, and it wasn't evenhot. At least my Blizzard was delicious. Wowsers. The lady that took our order had zero personality. Not only could I not hear what she was saying over the patrons... eating inside, but she looked like she literally hated life. I asked about cup size when ordering my shake and her response was" clear cups " as if I had any clue what that meant. The ice cream was good but the location could use some updating. Those 1980dirty ceiling fans need to go. Also there was Halloween marketing up and it's April. Unless you are planning ahead on preordersof Halloween cakes during an Easter month..... Very delicious ice cream and nice location.
Was coming home from dinner with some friends and we all decided to stop in to DQ. I checked online their hours before we got... there and found they were still open; it was 9:20 and the hours online said they were open until 10. We walked up and the ?Open?sign was still lit up and when we walked in it smelled so strongly of cleaning products, which was fine bc at least the placewas clean. However there was no employee at the front, and we could see a person hiding in the back. After a couple minutes ofstanding there a girl finally comes out and just immediately goes, ?We?re basically closed.? It wasn?t even 9:30 and they hadalready cleaned and shut everything down. Rude employees and if they can decide to close the place early when they feel like itthey should at least update their hours online or at bare minimum put up a closed sign or shut off the open light.
