This was a terrible experience. The counter help was inexperienced and inappropriate. I made an error on the website and ordered... the wrong crust and he was terribly rude. They decided to make me another pizza with the correct crust but soon as he helped twoother people with their order, he started making my pizza with no gloves on!!! He actually put his hands in the cheese withoutgloves!!! It was unbelievable ... I wanted to give 0 stars but that isn't an option. I ordered garlic and cinnamon knots at 6:38 pm. Headed to the store and paid... at 6:52. Was told an additional 10-15 min. At 7:09 my app said it was ready but I didn't see it. At 7:12 I asked and they onlyhad the garlic knots ready, but the cinnamon were never put in the oven. I sat there for 25 minutes for nothing. I asked for mymoney back and left. All they said was they were understaffed. But everyone else's orders were coming out but mine. Horriblecustomer service. Read more
Very poor amount of ingredient is used every single time my family purchases pizza from this location compared to other... locations. I have asked about this location from other domino's and thay said they put less on each pizza to save ingredient tomake themselves pizza out of it. I feel like they are very Dishonest, and my family and I will never go to that location again. Read more
Called the order in asked for large thin crust light cheese, no mushrooms, half jalapeños on a veggie feast. I got light pizza... sauce, regular cheese. I debated on waiting to get what I wanted but don?t want to wait the 15 - 20 minutes again. I worked forPaul Mahoney for over 20 years at the Sherman Oaks store. On every phone order I repeated the order to the customer. This youngirresponsible man never repeated the order. I shouldn?t have to ask to repeat the order. Pizza was great but..... Around 40 minutes of waiting I called to check on my order which as apparently on it way (the store is... like a mile away from me I shouldn't take 40 minutes) so I waited. After an hour of waiting I called again and APPARENTLY mypizzas had been delivered an hour ago. Yet here I was no pizza. I talked to the driver and he goes "two women answered to doorand said 'I guess he must have ordered pizza" except that wasn't the location and that wasn't me (The people didn't even say whothe order was for, I'm sure no one at that house shares my name considering how rare it is). So I was pretty annoyed at thispoint because my pizza was given to someone else and they JUST TOOK IT. The Domino's workers failed to read the specificinstructions I gave. So now I was receiving another pizza.I had a very important gathering to go to, but there I was waitingaround for extremely late pizza. That arrived much faster, but I was very dissatisfied with the service so I asked for a refund.They could not give me a refund (which was disappointing) but they could give me store credit. GOOD. Except for some reason Icould only get a $5 dollar credit for a $25 dollar purchase. I doubt I will actually be using that credit. It took around 2hours to receive two pizzas that we ate in around 10 minutes. Read more
Made a order online came to get it they wouldn't let me pay cus I only had a $100 went next door to try to break it no luck so... they had us leave and probably threw our order away. Really?? What a waste of time and food. That must hurt the business towaste food and take no money from people. I'll never go back I was a huge regular at dominos in my old home town but doesn'tlook like that will happen here. Read more
