I just returned from picking up a family meal to go from this location. I had planned to get an 8-piece meal when the cashier... suggested I get a Family Feast which included a salad and churros for an additional $2+. So frustrating. I ordered for my son and myself. His order was correct. But I got Tostada salad. Ask for no sour cream. Then in... effort to get ahead of the task, I even asked for salsas: pico and green. The ticket receipt has everything right. But when Iget the order. This location can take you directly from feeling like minimum wage is far to low alllll the way to faaaar too high. They're... just absolute garbage, on purpose. It says the order on the receipt, but that aint what's in the bag. Consistently. Multipletimea over multiple months. I like el pollo loco, but these people are garbage, and now I can't even eat at el pollo locoanymore because on principle they owe me money for delivering inedible garbage and items missing one or several ingredients Ipaid for, if an entire item isn't missing. You are deliberately being garbage people. I would hope you experience the same onyour date night or whatever, but where would you even go where they just purposely sucked?
