Tapo isUsually the best in simi out of the stores... but the last 2 time have been gross. And its too costly to be gross.

Never order pick up!!!! HOW ABOUT READ THE ORDER NEXT TIME! Soggy food even after 3 minutes! Waste of a trip, waste of money,... I?ll never order from here again. I order here once a week and food is always delicious. Today, I did an online pick up order and when I walked in, the place was... packed. People waiting to pick up orders and place new orders. I waited about 20 min for my pick up. The staff seemedoverwhelmed, but did the best they could. The staff deserves a raise considering how busy it was and how many upset customersthere were waiting on their food. I?m very disappointed in this locations online service and poor customer service! Twice I?ve used the online ordering system.... The first time, I arrived to pick up my order at the designated time the staff said they never received the order and I had towait for the order to be made which took 10 minutes and I was then late to an appointment. Not the end of the world but it wasfrustrating. Then yesterday, I called the store and was told that they weren?t taking phone orders I could come in to the storeor order on line and the person hung up abruptly, which I should have known then, but decided to try the online ordering onemore time. I placed the order was told to pick it up at 6:40pm (20 minute wait, no problem) I get there go in the store at 6:40and the employee at the register took my name looked for my order and said ?it?s going to be 2 more minutes ?. So I step to theside area and I?m waiting after 5 minutes, I ask the same girl, ?How much longer for my order? and she tells me there was amistake and they just started the cheese steak sandwich. I then tell her I would have preferred that you told me thatoriginally, I would have canceled that sandwich and you could refund me for the 1 sandwich and I could be on my way! I also toldher that this location seems to have real issues with their online orders that this was the 2nd time I?ve had a problem, I?mthinking I?ll be going to the Jersey Mikes a mile down the road. She (same original girl), then responds by saying ?Go, I don?tcare?. I thought WOW!, I asked her if I could please talk to the manager and she said ?I am the manager?, I asked her for hername since she wasn?t wearing a name tag, she declined to give it to me and neither would the other employees...A few minuteslater as one of the employees handed me my order, I asked him when the owner would be in the store and he said only Saturdaymornings. Got the club sandwich today pretty good I like how they slice it fresh right in front of you.

Went for a good sandwich sub, wanted a small Ham and Provolone. However their idea of a small size is actually a kid size so I... ordered the regular instead of a giant sub. $8.00 for the regular sub that was really equivalent to small sandwiches elsewhere.This price was too much for the size. Their bread used to be wider and thicker, they used to put a decent amount of meat andcheese, not any more, bread is thin and narrow. The meat was minimal. The cheese was one slice paper thin.
