I give it 5 stars. I haven't been there in a while. Service late night was spot on went thru the drive-in ordering was easy good... communication my order was ready in less than 2 minutes. Great Colonel Sanders Taste. Service was so good I went again the nextday. Same great service and the food was great. Good clean fast service restaurant. Read more

Customer Service was pretty pathetic. Ordered 3 meals 2 of which were bowls, one mac&cheese bowl and one mashed potato bowl... Ordered sodas. When read the order back to us she said 2 mashed bowls so when tried to correct the bowls she suddenly says wedon't have mac&cheese. Ok so just 2 mashed bowl combos and she tried to charge for 4. When corrected again to just 2 then thesodas were removed. Only got 1 of 4 sodas and told them at window it should have been 4 total. Worker says receipt only has 1soda. Not a problem, asked to charge for 3 more sodas he repeats 2, say no 3, again repeats 2, say 3 again and he said I alreadyran your card for 2. Asked him to run again then for other soda. All our sodas we ordered were Medium. We get 4 small ones.Asked why and he says we're out of medium cups. Ok but you didn't say that and mentioned if charged for Med then should up sizenot down it since paid for Med size. He then says they're out of Med and Large cups. Hello...why not tell ppl that when they'reordering instead of just charging for whatever size they request and then just giving small. Why why... After long time of not coming here because I was living in another city... Why you guys can not get your customer... service better.. What is stopping you?!! Maybe they change workers ?? The drive thru is an absolute pain in the rear! How canyou expect to have our order ready at the window when you guys can not even put a preview of what is in the menu... We customerdon't remember all of it! Of course not!! The lady in the drive thru was inpatient and in a hurry of know what I gonna get... Besides your microphone and speaker are soooooooooooo old!! We can barely understand what you think you saying isgood... Focus one customer at the time!! No wonder why you guys have a 3 stars review.. I visited other locations at you can seethe difference.. Is like you guys stop efforts to get better! Obviously I'm not the only one having this problem.. They told notto come here..... But I didn't believe it .. I regret it my choice... I went through the drive thru today. Not only was my order incorrect but I didn't receive the receipt. My total was over 50... dollars and I still sis not receive the mixed family meal I asked for. I understand that they are understaffed but atleast checkto make sure a simple 8 piece meal has two breast two wings two legs and two thighs . I wish I had been a mystery shopper so Icould have given them a score under 65. I have worked for YUM corp before and this store is not to their standards. Verydisappointed. And I can't place a complaint because the woman at the drive thru at approx 2:20 pm did not give me my receipt.Thanks but no thanks. Read more

I like KFC fried chicken but I won't suffer through bad customer service. Waited in line and when it was my turn, the girl in... the counter just ignored me and went to do another task. If you don't have enough staff at least train your people. The properway is to talk to the customer waiting and explain. The manager should also fill in when there is lack of staff. Read more

This is one of my favorite KFC'S. The staff is always so friendly and make you feel like family. Place is always clean and food... is hot and always so delicious. I highly recommend this location. Read more
