Order on the app for delivery and the order was horribly wrong and forgotten items. Also our crazy bread order was ripped open... and was missing a couple of sticks. Grazianos is a block up and better quality plus they always get the order correct, worththe price! 4/3/2022 Orderes online and arrived waiting for order. After 15 minutes of waiting they said order was canceledbecause of out of stock items so I would have redo with in stock items. I said just give me a cheaper item to substitute sinceI just came off a double shift but he said it does not work that way. Horrible customer service! This was the 4th bad experience i had at this location, i gave it a few chances. 1 time a employee went outside to make a drug... deal with some guy, ( almost in plain site) the next time they are always out of crazy bread and state they get there doughdelivery very late, yesterday again the employee stated he was out of crazy bread, he then stated he had the dough but it takesto long to prep and make it ( 7 minutes) he stated he was short handed and didn't have the time. very rude guy, didn't care foranything. inform me if i wanted crazy bread to drive 4 milers to another location cause he needs to make pizzas.. New Years night the crew deserves a lot of credit. They were out of many ingredients, working New Years Eve night, and dealing... with a lot of customers who were frankly being a**holes. Yet the staff hustled and the counter lady was still very nice. Read more

The pizza is really good, especially the Hawaii one. The only thing is make sure you always check your pizza bc ours a had a... bubble burnt spot and we took it back. But they gave us a new one and it turned out good. Read more

I ordered on the app. I realized they emailed me 4 min after placing the order and said my order was cancelled and refunded. No... info was given in the app. My husband was already on his way when we saw it so he asked them what happened and they ran out ofthe product I ordered. That was not indicated anywhere.
