They forgot 3 things, but we're fast and generous about fixing it. We got it all sorted, always do. Update: we just went back... for the first time in a while and spent just under $15 on two happy meals and an undercooked dessert. The hamburger tasted likeit was just refrigerated bread that'd been left out and then microwaved for too long with a splash of watered down ketchup, alimp, tasteless pickle and some dehydrated onion paste. I'm sure there was meat in it but it just tasted burnt, which is sad'cause it was cold. The fries are tasteless as always, but at least they were hot. Our drive through time was only about 45minutes at least (Halloween bucket day). The people we dealt with were the best part about the experience. They understood theorder, got it down quick and got it correct. I will not be going back. I grew up eating here and spent a ton of time throughouthigh-school and college, but it just.. it's not cheap, it's not good and it's not fast. It was a fun ride, but I'm out. Read more
I only go here thrice a month but breakfast service always either gets my order wrong or I have missing items. Most of the time... I realize too late when I get home. But guess that's my fault for not checking my order at the store. I'm not gonna go back andmake a fuss over 5 dollars but jeez Louise, get the manager to actually do their job. Read more
I went to the drive through at 9pm to get my 50% off hazelnut iced coffee from my app rewards for my morning drive. I was told... by the guy at the drive through they did not have hazelnut so I said what other flavor do you have. He siged and said that hedidn't have coffee ready. So I asked how long to make a pot thinking I would wait and he said I really don't want to put a poton right now. I then left the drivethrough lane and went to another location. Great customer service yet again. I hope theowners get a handle on these employees here This isn't the first thing that has happened at this location. Read more
Professional,courteous and always smiling. I usually go every morning before work to get my iced coffee and maybe a sausage... mcmuffin (no egg). The girl that works in the morning usually she works the 1st window but today she worked the 2nd window. Notonly beautiful but a sweet heart and very courteous. Standard McDonald's fare. We generally use the drive-through, where the service runs hot-and-cold. While the employees are... almost always friendly (at the very least courteous and polite), the accuracy of our order has varied a bit. This has rangedfrom not including any napkins to the inclusion of an extra side of hash browns (better than just a "Bonus Fry"!). Read more
I guess the new norms for McDonald's now is not filling the French fries to the top and only giving 3 ketchup packets. I was... craving some chicken nuggets so I went to this McDonald's close to my work. Since I went at 11am, there was no one in the drivethru so I was able to pull right up and get the 10 piece chicken nuggets combo. They of course ask for what size for the drinkand French fries so I said large. They also asked what sauces would I like and I said ketchup. Since I was on a call myattention was focus on the call. When I got back to the office and started unpacking my bag, to my surprise the fries were notfilled all the way and they only give me 3 ketchup packets. 10 piece chicken nuggets and fries with only 3 packets of ketchup isnot enough. I notice that most McDonald's are doing this now beside the one that I go to in Northridge. They fill the Frenchfries to the top and give you a bunch of ketchup packets. Read more
