Okay listen, I've been here in Simi valley over 20 years and the new owners don't have it right at all. The pizza had WAY TOO... MUCH FLOUR on the bottom scrapping like a tablespoon of one slice. Too much cheese and not crispy on bottom due to flour. Thewings are a soggy disaster and frankly poor quality. Cappellini was cooked correctly but the sauce left much to be desired itwas bland. We had too modify it with our own Italian spices. how the heck does this justify 86 dollars?! I was very disappointed! I have went to this place for 20 years. I ordered the fried ravioli and it was terrible. I could not... even cut the pieces. I came home and I?m now sick. I didn?t get much attention since I was a single dinner. Not what I?m used toother places. I miss the last owner. Things were good then. I?ve tried at least 3 times with new owner and either cold food(microwaved) or just not up to par for the price. I have been coming here for 26 years. Two nights ago will be my last. If you scan the reviews, you will find that there is a... common undeniable denominator of old timers' reports on how the quality of their pizzas has changed. They are all true. Iexpressed my concerns and they remain indignant and steadfast in promulgating that the pizza is still 5he same. Not so. Incredibly nice people now own this legendary place. They are actively involved in trying to restore it to the way it was... before a previous owner disrupted its repute! Quality virtually the same. Ask for the old-timer to toss your crust if you areinterested in receiving the traditional pie that you can relate to -- and those in the know will understand what I mean! Read more
