Run by teenagers. I ordered just a black coffee, it was luke warm at best and when I asked for it to be warmer, I was given a... lot of attitude and passive aggressiveness. I went on my birthday to redeem my free drink and this was the 3rd location I went to due to other locations being out of... something to make the drink I always get. This location was also out of something and I let them know my situation and why i wasa little sad when they told me they were out of something. McKay, Jily, Ashley, Nick & Sydney (especially sydney) made me asurprise drink & sang to me & it honestly just made my day so much better. Even though the drive thru line is always long they are super fast regardless of that. Plus nice
I wish this was my every day lifestyle. Yet I am content with my once in a month buy from Starbucks. I got the Pistachio... Frappuccino customized with 1 banana, 3 pumps of Hazelnut syrup, mocha drizzle, and extra cinnamon powder. The best I could haveasked for. This area is very clean, and busy as well. Standard Starbucks fare. The drinks were excellent, although the food, while tasty, was overpriced and not much to look at.... Also, the atmosphere was definitely festive so close to Christmas, but too loud to have any semblance of a reasonableconversation. We may be back, but I suspect our order will be 'to go'. Read more
