Great neighborhood Starbucks. Friendly baristas. The drive-thru line usually moves pretty quick except for the occasional crazy... day. They always get my drinks right unlike some of the other Simi locations. Read more
I did not have a good experience. I asked for a hot coffee but was not asked if I needed any cream or sugar so I received none.... I was told be careful it's hot but the bigger problem was they filled the cup completely full. So full that the slightestmovement immediately made it spill on both me and my interior. Read more

Walk in to pick up a mobile order & there was already 3+ people waiting for their drinks. Not one person greeted or even noticed... me, when I finally grabbed an employees attention, Joshua, I told him my name for mobile order he rudely told me I needed towait. Turned around to do busy work and 2 seconds later an employee came up to hand me the drink THAT WAS SITTING IN FRONT ORHIM. Like seriously? I couldn?t have made his job any easier. This is probably the best coffee shop to hang out at in Simi. The service is always friendly, and drinks are made well at this... location, so they're getting the important stuff right. The experience is better as a drive-through or an in-and-out customer,though, because the seating area and bathrooms are pretty much always dirty. (I've been here a lot and the cleanliness issimilar every time.) Crumbs all over the floor, tables need wiping but are never wiped, and the sink area of the women'sbathroom is always in desperate need of cleaning (sink, mirror and floor), which look like they haven't been cleaned inweeks. In short, it's a highly-trafficked location that gets many things right but could do much better with cleaning. Read more
