Tip: The Americano is one of the best priced items that also is freshly brewed when you order it, rather then getting coffee... that has been sitting for while (not bad but marinating coffee that collects flavinoids)((or as some might say - the regularbrewed coffee maybe a charbucks- slight burnt tasting)). So instead, for a little bit more than a basic coffee, get theamericano. Good for a nice pick me up and easy on the budget. If you prefer a fresh made on the spot brew, an Americano has tomeet such specification. Then you can add some coconut milk if you leave room for it or whatever your preference is for cream ,perhaps some stevia or raw sugars/honey to taste. One strong cup of joe, iced or hot according to your liking, this is a quickand efficient coffee stop in a nice temperature controlled environment. Nice for a break (smoke shop next door with wall orchair to sit) - a hidden gem, and the lotto machine in vons may also have some good winners periodically. The only thing is iftipping, it has to be cash. For some reason you can't add tip to card purchases because it's in the grocery store, so just bringsome tips if you feel obliged at some point or another, they work just as hard as the Starbucks baristas at corporate stores. There are a couple of very rude individuals that may not have been trained to provide Starbucks customer service etiquette or... have not been taut basic manners by their parents. There are one or two very nice Barristas, one of the Managers is great. Read more

Me and my girlfriend had two absolutely simple orders - a mocha frappuccino, and a peppermint mocha. The two entirely unenthused... and low-energy workers there (one's name was Madison, I didn't catch the name of the other) not only mixed up our hot/coldorders, but served both of us drinks with peppermint, a flavor which I hate. Honestly the worst experience I've had at aStarbucks. Incredibly disappointing. Read more
