First time trying this Wing Stop. Store is kind of dark and old. Owner might want to remodel it. The most disappointing thing... is the Boneless Wings, which is False Advertising. I've been here 3 times and on 3 occasions I observed the manager on duty, each time in greater detail and while the end game... delivery on taste, attention to detail, quality and accuracy were 10/10... I couldn't help but notice the mod becomeincreasingly irritated if things weren't done his way. It got to the point where the associate at the register apologized to mefor his behavior (talking down to, berating, and chastising his employees.) The mod actually made his own 5* review it lookslike as "Anthony Diaz" and while his review was correct, the way he runs that restaurant is awful when it comes to how he treatshis employees. I don't want to come back here if I have to witness that again, it was so awkward. I hope management stronglyconsiders a refresher course on code of conduct and possibly anger management for this manager, I'm not even joking. Read more
I have had Wingstop in the past and was not a fan, however my experience at this Wingstop in Simi Valley was ok. The customer... service was great. The food was fresh and the wings were a REALLY NICE size! The fries...well let's not talk about those. Read more
Horrible customer service at this location not only did they miss 4 pieces of my chicken. The pieces were so tiny it looked like... they got hungry and ate some of my food. They also gave us a super small portion of fries and when I asked about it I was toldthey weigh their fries and are under staffed so they couldn?t remake my cold fries after I drove 30 min back. When I asked for asupervisor I was told there was NO supervisor on duty. Aracely needs to go back to training days and give better customerservice. I?d give 0 stars if I could. Read more
Great service! Great food! Great people! Let me elaborate. I got the sweet bbq wings and, they are very good! Not too spicy, not... too sweet! They also come in this lunch bag style container! They completely forgot to make my order, it seemed as if they didn't believe me until I gave them my receipt. Then I saw the... cook check his stack of finished receipts and pulled the matching one. He told me it would take 'just a minute' but he wasbarely reaching for new wings to cook. I had to wait twice the amount of time for my order and wasn't even offered a few extrawings or drink. I feel that it's my responsibility to make sure they cook my order and that's not how it should be. Read more
I just went in about 30 minutes ago and placed a to go order. I was helped by Felicia. She was very friendly and thorough with... my order. She said it was about 12 minutes for my wings and fries but it seemed faster than that. Establishment was clean insideand out. Fast, friendly service with a smile. I'll definitely be back. Read more
