If I could give 0 star.. so my husband order 2 pretzels they said 15 min wait we waited and they gave us over cooked dark brown... close to burnt. We took it came out of the store but my husband decided to get a dip/sauce. We were standing right out side thedoor and What I saw while my husband was going in, baking lady had raw dough rope around the neck of other co-worker and playingand having fun. There was no customs except my husband re-entering.. they saw us watching them and she removed the dough fromhis neck. This scene was so gross we wouldn?t go there again. Waited in line for 24 minutes wanted a small pretzel nugget. Was told ?sorry we only have the bigger sizes made up.? So had to... pay more when I didn?t want to. To top it all off they were all burnt which was fun trying to get a toddler to eat. Read more
Due to ?running out of dough? they could only offer half of what?s on the menu. All they can offer is what was pre-cooked, and... been sitting in the warmer for a really long time. Employee rolling dough had a runny nose. I?m standing in line waiting to order and I see this women continuously take her gloved... hand and wipe her nose with her tshirt and then roll the dough. I was disgusted and so were the 4 ppl behind me?.Just gross andunsanitary and yes we got out of line and left.. Read more
Ordered 2 small pretzel nuggets and 2 medium drinks. We took our food to a table outside of the store to eat. We then... discovered that one of the cups of pretzel nuggets was doughy and undercooked so we took it back into the store (literally 2minutes after receiving the order) and explained they were doughy and could we exchange them for some that were fully cooked. Iasked the girl if I could just get my order replaced with a fresh order. I had a small, all she had were larges. I said wellthen let me have a refund. She asked me for my receipt which I had thrown away. She acted very put out with me and was veryunprofessional in dealing with me. The other two girls that were working, just stood there and did nothing. I personally wouldnever have these three women working for me. I will not be back. Read more
Perfect place to go and stand for long periods of time in the AC. Gave up after 15 minutes of waiting. 6 people walked out in... frustration and only 2 sales completed in 15 mins. Not a great sale ratio. Seems to be pattern of slow service throughout otherreviews. Read more
I?m super confused. There?s two of these stores in at Mathews mall and the one by the food court never seems to be able to... cater. Literally every single time we visit. We just went up to the counter for a young man to tell us ?we?re only servingdrinks right now?. As I stood there looking at the counter full of pretzels I asked if he could tell me why that was the case?He replied with ?we don?t have any staff here?. My confusion comes from the fact that at the moment he said that, not only was Istarting at him (I assume a member of staff as he was wearing uniform) but I was also able to see another member of staff stoodright next to him?!? I?m no mathematical genius but by my count that makes two members of staff that are able to help me. Andall they had to do was pick up a cup of pretzels and take my money. It?s absolutely a possibility that I?m unaware of all thatgoes on. But as a store manager of another company, I am highly aware that customer service comes first. Waited 30 minutes for pretzel nuggets. They only put them in the large cups, and will not make a small even though it's... literally just in a smaller cup. Everyone in my group got stomachaches immediately after eating. Pretzels were greasy (even byAuntie Ann's standards!) and stale. Worker had a runny nose and kept sneezing on the pretzels.
