I then noticed a young... man behind me eating but he never said a word, no one else was visible or available . He then casually walked to the register. He still did not say, May I help you? I ordered a Caesar Salad, which included chicken. The chicken was good, just the right amount of creamy sauce, lots of tomatoes... and the salad greens were fresh and crisp. The bacon pieces/bits were chewy and not very good. The eating area could becleaner. There was dried splattered something beneath the little refrigerator holding the sauces. The bottom of the saucerefrigerator was dusty. Underneath the tea canisters, you could see where tea had splattered onto the floor and up on the rockwall, creating a large area of brown stain. I got something sticky on my finger when I pulled up the chair to eat. Some thingscan be contributed to a lunch rush, little bits of paper on the floor and not all the tables were wiped off. By far the best restaurant in all of Simpsonville. I have been to the outlets several times and always kinda ignored this... restaurant. I walked by today and got a whiff of the chicken and decided to try it. My wife and I was over the top impressed. Wegot the build a bowl and it was great. We had the 1/4 white with sweet potato fries and tostones. Wifey had 1/4 dark with fried rice and yuca bites. She also ordered a... chicken empanada. I had a Strawberry margarita too. I'm a huge fan of Peruvian cuisine. This place is a great fast casual joint. The food is full of flavor and the wait for food is... minimal, even though I was there during peak hours of Christmas shopping. All of their sauces were great, the Aji being myfavorite. It really enhanced my Lomo with yuka fries. I'll absolutely be returning next time I go shopping. For those that arecurious, they also sell alcohol to help aid in your shopping experience. Read more

This location is weird because of its placement in the mall, but it?s just as delicious as all of the other locations in the... Louisville area! The Loma Wrap is FANTASTIC. It?s a must have in my opinion. It?s huge if you can?t tell from the picture. I gotthe spinach tortilla with it and I like to have the green sauce with it (I can?t remember the name right now, but it?s so good).The pricing is very good for the wrap, but I would say I tried getting the yucca fries before as an appetizer and felt like theprice was too high for the small amount you get. They were yummy though. They have a cool little fridge where they keep squeezebottles of the sauces. I like having the ability to get more or try a different one if I want to.
