I had lunch at Anthony?s Pizzeria in Simpsonville, SC. There was a nice crowd, you walk in and place and pay for your order as... you come in, and seat yourself. My niece and I did the lunch special. Friday?s special was baked ziti with a roll, butter and adrink. We also ordered a 16 inch meat extravaganza pizza with out Canadian bacon and an extra drink. The baked ziti was bakedziti was big enough for two, so we split that. It didn?t take long for the baked ziti to come out, and it was hot, cheesy andhot plenty of sauce. The noodles were tender and the tomato sauce was good. The pizza was also good, with plenty of meat andcheese on a very tasty crust, nothing skimpy about that pizza. Anthony?s Pizzeria was very good, and I?m looking forward to mynext visit. Btw, we had to take the rest of the pizza home it was too much to finish. Read more
Friendly service and clean. The food is always good. I feel that the food is a bit overpriced. Most places I could purchase an... entire pizza for the same price as their Pizza slice, small salad and drink special. It?s in a good location and family friendlyas well. Read more
Pizza is good, staff is friendly. I did like the operation better under the prior owner. They don?t seem to offer specials on... pizzas and wouldn?t honor my gift card from before the change in ownership. We would have preferred more cheese on this extracheese pizza, but it was tasty. Read more
OMG Are you kidding me? I ordered a meatball parm hero, I actually laughed when I saw it! Look, I'm from New York originally... with Italian and Cherokee blood. That was No Dang Meatball Parm hero! What they gave me was a joke! Two small breadballs thatthey cut in have and put one tiny breadball on each side of the "hero" plus it was dry and I honestly could find the Cheese!Parm means with Cheese, plus I had to ask for more sauce. I could've went to Subway and got the same thing! Very Verydisappointed, I want to know what happened to The Original Anthony who opened the restaurant years ago? Because these new ownersare not about Food Quality!! I will never eat there again, "Sushi Burger 21 sorry for going somewhere else" Only Sushi Burger 21from now on when I'm off my farm and in Simpsonville!! Read more
Great pizza, wings and Juniors cheese cake. We'll try some other items next time we visit. The restaurant is very clean.
Average at best. Pricing is okay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had the veal parmagan and a couple slices of pepperoni... pizza. There was nothing that stood out as far flavor goes at all. I would only go back here if nothing else was open and I wasstarving. Read more
