This is the only chick fil a I?ve had a bad experience at. We always have to wait a long time for our food, whether drive thru,... fast lane, or inside. You need to staff better. We waited for a total of 30 minutes in your drive thru without beingacknowledged. Read more

My first visit to this location was pleasant overall. The service was good. My issue last night was cold chewy fries. As busy as... most Chick-fil-A's are; fries should rarely be served sub par. You can't stockpile them just to relax. I will add, the chickenbreast was fresh and resuming it's normal size. It recently became a chicken nugget on a bun at some locations. We cannot holdsome establishments in high regard and dismiss an honest review. They're subject to error just as any other restaurant. I'mFair and I review all accordingly. You put in the mobile order so that you can get your food faster. This location prioritizes the regular drive through line... rather than the mobile orders. So you do mobile, and it ends up that you could have gotten your food SIGNIFICANTLY fasterthrough regular drive through. And similar to the other reviews on here, food was cold. Read more
Have never had such an awful experience at Chick-fil-A until this one. Really shocked at the lack of customer service, wrong... food orders, etc. We dined in, and we were one of the few tables there. Once we had our food and sat down, 2/4 orders werewrong, even though the label on the package showed what we actually ordered. The only nice employee was the man in the diningroom - running our food back and forth to kitchen to be corrected. We had to send back food (from the table)- 4 times - theycontinued to make it wrong each time and looked at us crazy when we kept telling them it was wrong. Management was present andbarely acknowledged our problem. When we were getting ready to leave, I went to the front counter for a drink refill and wasn?teven acknowledged after standing there for several minutes, even though the place was practically empty. Always great customer service. This is a new location. Loved the staff and loved the food. I had to order for two other people... as well, so the cashier was very patient with me while getting their order on my cell. Thank you guys for always providingamazing service Read more
I can't say enough good remarks for Chick -fil -A, the food is top quality and always fresh and hot and well put together. The... staff and all the workers are so polite, respectful, and go well beyond to make your whole experience excellent. The bathroomsare always clean as is the seating area, and outside. I almost always have a great experience at chick FIL a, so this is out of the norm. My chicken biscuit looked like mostly... biscuit and very little chicken this morning. Not sure what happened. It was tasty the chicken that was there though. Read more
