Met family for dinner here, wouldn't have been my first choice of dining but the food was pretty good. I wasn't expecting the... amount of food on the plate,i couldn't even eat it all! Fish and grits w/ cheddar broccoli and hush puppies on the side.(Notpictured) Didn't pay too much attention to the interior, a little dark and gloomy in my opinion but family friendly for largegroups. Waitress was nice and food was hot, so that's all that really mattered in the end. Read more

We stopped here on the way to the mountains, and, boy, are we glad we did! Their food is AMAZING. Free rolls (not the Hawaiin... kind) and cornbread. We all agreed that it was the best cornbread we've ever had, including our Mama's. They give really goodportions, and we didn't have to wait long to be seated or to get out food after we ordered. The hostess was so nice too! Shecame and checked on us a few times in addition to our waiter, who also did a good job. We planned to stop somewhere else on ourway home after our trip, but we're changing our plans and coming back here instead! Read more

The pecan sesame chicken used to be 2 real breasts with a delicious crunchy breading and lots of pecans and sesame. Tonight I... counted 5 pecans and NO sesame seeds on two chicken tender ?breasts? that were maybe 1/4? inch thick. Still edible but not atall what it should have been like. I?ve lived in Simpsonville almost 20 years and am so disappointed that at least one of theirentrees has changed completely to poor quality. When it was new on the menu it was so delicious so that?s what I was lookingforward to. The waitress offered for them to make another, but I told her I didn?t want to chance getting it prepared the sameway again. When I paid I got another apology as I showed them what it looked like in the takeout container. They offered toremake it but I told them no again for the same reason. At that point the hostess should have at least offered a piece ofdessert for the dissatisfaction. Nothing. I was surprised at that. For the meat and two vegetables I paid $15.99, which way toomuch money for what I got. It?s gotten too expensive for the amount of food served and I don?t plan on going back. Coach Houseis not like it used to be in the way of portions and quality food. Read more

Was looking for a place to eat nice breakfast for my birthday. We decided to go to a place in Simpsonville. We were seated in ... timely manner and staff were friendly. I ordered stuffed cherry pancakes.. Eggs and Turkey sausage. My friend ordered Corn beefhash and potatoes. His son quickly gobbled a sausage biscuit. I had enough for breakfast the next day. First time here and enjoyed a simple dinner/ breakfast. The complimentary corn muffins on the table were really good, we split... an omelette for dinner and it was good, hash browns/ potatoes on the side were ok I wouldn?t get those again. The cannolis atthe front looked so good so decided to try one and not bad! Read more

Outstanding locally owned restaurant. They serve breakfast all day. They offer a great selection of a meat and two vegetables... for lunch and dinner. They have multiple homemade desserts that are delicious. The service is absolutely top-notch. If you?revisiting the area I highly recommend having a meal at the coach house Read more
