I had came across a tiktok video of a McDonald's employee pouring a customer's into a cup from a 2 liter bottle. Lol that must... be common because I experienced the same thing at this McDonald's on N. Main Street a few months ago. Some of the tops were offof the bottles and the worker at the window seems to had his hands touching my fries. Well let's just say everything I orderedwas thrown in the trash and I drove down the street to the fairview rd location. Yeah the service there was much better. At thepoint I'm done eating out. The restaurant owners of McDonald's don't care enough about the customer's nowadays. I only eat fromchic fi la from now on out if needed. Read more
Terrible attention, the girl who was wearing a black blouse who is blonde and has light blue eyes, yelled at us and treated us... very badly because we asked to change an ice cream that they gave us a bad looking food and we even had to ask for the moneyback, all her workers began to laugh to look at us in a bad way. I?ve been here many times trying to blame it on a certain shift or everyone?s having a badday. But when you burn the food and still serve it you don?t care about anything or anyone. Cold food after waiting 10 minutes in drive through and asked for warm sandwich and window person actually said "I only work the... window." This McDonald's in Simpsonville was really good! The double cheeseburgers were freshly made, assembled correctly, had the proper... amount of condiments on it and we asked for no onions and they actually complied! The fries were as good as McDonald's friesshould be, fresh crispy outside soft inside and the right amount of salt. The diet Cokes were properly iced not too much not toolittle, great carbonation. Very nearly a five-star visit to McDonald's! Read more
won?t be returning to this location since this has made me a bit sick. i?ve worked in fast food before and i understand things... happen sometimes but i at least tried to resolve the issue as fast as possible. the manager was sweet but I just wish theycould?ve contacted me back within an appropriate time frame before I just started to feel like they didn?t care about the issue.therefore I contacted customer service and made a complaint. ill stick to my McDonald?s on Fairview rd closer to home from nowon.
