Pulled up to the speaker, allowed my 5 year old to order her meal! They was so polite with her. Got her meal correct. Service was not friendly. Not even an attempt at friendly. Food came up VERY quickly but was not hot/ fresh. Condiments were... just slopped on burger and we're all over the wrapper and bun. Sadly, it was a take out order so I could not have them remake itas I exited and took it home. People want $25 an hour to work fast food but don't put forth ANY effort in customer service orproper "assembly" of products. Some McD's are much better than others.....this is NOT one of them. Came here for a late night meal after arriving home late. I was very surprised the staff was very kind and nice even though it... was close to closing time. Only complaint that I have is the fries were a little cold and they ran out of sweet and soursauce. ** Update: I pulled back around to order more nuggets and asked for fresh fries. Fries wasn't as hot as I like but at least they were quick and the employees looked cleaner than the employees at the McDonald's... down the street. I just threw away my entire order from the McDonald's down the street and reordered here.. thanks Read more
The manager that?s currently here as I write this really should not be a manager. I have a speech impairment and anxiety. Trying... to order I sometimes need to take my time. I wish I could give a zero start rating. My family and I experienced terrible service after an extremely long day. We stopped to... get two Big Macs and use one of the promos available on the app. My husband ordered the sandwiches the way we always do withtomatoes and extra pickles. The person taking our order repeated it back correctly. We were told to pull forward and waited10-15 minutes for our sandwiches to come out without the tomatoes. The lady that brought out our order told us that its not onthe receipt so it didnt get made that way. We explained that we want the sandwiches made the way we do ordered and asked if wecould have what we originally asked for. This lady took the sandwiches and came back with cash and said that the manager isntremaking our sandwiches. The manager is the only one in the kitchen and she said to just give us back our money. We explainedagain that we just want what we ordered and we are willing to wait. The lady turned us away hungry and disappointed. We waitedjust like everyone else but weren?t able to get a few tomatoes and extra pickles that we were willing to pay for and wait alittle longer to get corrected. We had to stop at Taco Bell for food since McDonalds refused to serve us. A complete waste oftime, energy and gas. I called the location and spoke with the GM a few days after this terrible incident. I believe her namewas Christina and she assured me that the situation would be corrected and not happen again. We returned and got our Big Macsmade the way we like. I added 3 stars just got the GM alone, she was very professional and seemed to be just as outraged as Iwas. It's a McDonald's nothing special, burgers are dry and hide under the pickles, Big Mac is mostly lettuce and Thousand Island... Dressing, Sorry Special Sauce ???? The 1/4# is ok if they have it.
