The kid that was on duty tonight was GREAT!! It looked like he was the only one taking orders from outside and delivering all... the food! He had a smile on his face, so polite and so cool under all that pressure. He walked away twirling the tray he hadjust delivered. Just seemed happy to be there. Made me smile. I should put less than 1 star first My Wife and I waited for over 15 minutes at the menu then We decided to go through the drive... through and waited another 10 minutes until they took Our order and We ordered the new Dill Burger and when We finally got Ourfood the burgers were not made right there was no daisy and basically a piece of cheese a burger patty very little lettuce andit had regular pickles not fried pickles on it like advertised Idk if it’s the management or the kids working there but VERYSLACK!!!!! and We will never eat there again and tell everyone that We know to NEVER NEVER NEVER EAT THERE!!!! A drive thru usually means quick service, but clearly not at this location. Sat in line for over 25 minutes. Just wanted a... Cherry Limeade after a hot day in the sun. Guy in front of me had issues at the drive thru window, from what I could tell theyhad completely lost his order in the 15 minutes it took to get from ordering to the window. Got my drink, and ice.... no lime,no cherries, nothing else. Disappointing. Tens of cars circling or leaving the line because this team couldn't process ordersefficiently. On the way out, I was behind the same guy, who stopped just before getting onto a busy road, spun his car around,and (I watched) drove straight back to the restaurant. Worst Sonic experience EVER! Waiting in the drive thru for 11 minutes. I asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich because I'm... allergic to them. Sandwich arrived DEAD COLD with tomatoes. I couldn't eat it. My son also ordered a Reeses shake. Allthe stuff was at the bottom completely dry... never stirred. I will not be going back. SAD.... They were lined up around thebuilding. 2 hrs trying to get food. Then they mess up the order. What a joke of a fast food joint( just this location). Never had an issue... at others. Last time we waited 50 minutes, got home and part of our order wasn't in the bag. Never eat here people unless youhave no other plans for the day or just have money to donate. Read more
They would not give you fresh cooked fries to save your life at this location. I asked for a refund on my fries because they... were old, with a texture like plastic. They gave me a refund but the employee had the nerve to come out to my car and say, “Just so you know, those are fresh cooked fries by the way!” GET OUT OF HERE!!!! Read more
At the time of writing, the establishment has a sign saying they are understaffed. Taking that into account, the experience was... actually pretty good. The employees who were there were really nice, which I know can be difficult when understaffed because Ihave experienced that myself at my place of work. The food is usually pretty good here, and the customer service is usuallypretty good aswell. Taking into account they were understaffed, it was still a good experience. Read more
Absolute worst fast-food restaurant in the upstate. From the 50 minute wait in the drive-thru, to the cold - incorrect order, to... the cold burnt corn dogs. Several employees standing around. Not really sure the reasoning behind the terrible service. Not surewe will return to this location. Read more
