I feel absolutely dreadful bc I didn?t catch the gentleman?s name that I came here to rave about and he definitely deserves to... be recognized by name but hopefully someone will read this and inform me. The young man that was working the drive thur windowaround 3:30 pm or so today made my entire day and this isn?t the first time that he has managed to completely change my mood inthe maybe two minutes I was blessed to have with him. His energy and the way he takes the time to personalize each customer?sexperience is absolutely amazing. If there were more people like this young man in this world I promise the entire world wouldbe a better place. I look forward to seeing him each time I visit this location. I hope that the kindness he gives to others isthe same kindness he is used to receiving! You deserve so much more than recognition young man and I hope that you are blessedabundantly you deserve it! Employee was extremely rude in drive thru. Waited 6 min just to have him say something to us. Didn?t say his name hi or anything... just what can I make. Every drink we asked for we couldn?t get because they were out of it. Always rude at this one. Read more
My sons and I had the best experience here today! Our barista, Dacota, was fantastic! They had an extra frappuccino that he... immediately offered my boys when we stepped up to the counter (which turned out to be their favorite treat during our visit)! Hewas SO friendly - split our 2nd frappuccino into 2 cups to make it easier to share, and offered us a muffin that someone hadforgotten to pick up. All this while the whole team was pretty busy! I went in today to get a pink drink. The store employee was very nice however when I looked at the display case I noticed three... or four flies in the case. I brought it to the attention of the employee and he laughed and said oh we don?t sell anything fromthere it?s just a display . Absolutely disgusting! The guy and girl working tonight around 7:20 were both very friendly and had great customer service. They gave my doggo a pup... cup and made actual human interactions instead of being your typical drones and rushing through the process. Will deff be backfor them. 5 stars. Read more
