The only reason I gave them one start I?d be wise if was my only option to make a review! I went back in November & I waited... over 30 minutes just for the food to not be fresh! Went again Friday for the first time since then and it was the SAME results!They need better people on the night shift cause they?re slack in that drive through! Drive thru order was completely wrong, briefly checked as we drove off. But 25 mins later when we arrive home I am looking for... something else to eat for supper. Ordered Buffalo Blue Salad received fried chicken not buffaloed, salad was minimal and wiltedwith a few blue cheese crumbles that was slimy and no dressing. I called to report to on duty Manager/Supervisor, young mananswered the phone politely and when I asked to speak with the Manager or Supervisor on duty, this young man yelled telephone,she wants to speak with Manager/Supervisor since I?m not good enough. At that moment it was clear to me this Zaxby?s needs tooffer a customer service class/training for this employee. Dani apologized and offered to replace or if I would bring back thefood for a refund or replacement. I declined since I?m home and 25 mins away one way.
