Slow service, forgot our order and showed preferential treatment towards certain customers. As a former restaurant owner and... manager, I would take low reviews as an opportunity to make things right with the customer/improve weaker qualities of servicerather than get defensive and attack customers in response. Their bagel (specially everything bagel) with jalapeños cream cheese is very good however didn?t like their coffee.
