Disappointing. While I do allow for the fact that it was a busy Saturday night, our experience here was less than acceptable. We... had to wait about 20 minutes for a table which was fine since we arrived right around 6 pm -- no complaints there. When we wereshown to a table downstairs, it was nice and the server greeted us promptly. It went downhill from there. We ordered some wingsfor an appetizer -- half order "insane" and half order "garlic crusted parmesan." Insane turned out to be more like averagebuffalo wings you get anywhere, and the garlic crusted were low on garlic, high on crusted. When they were brought to us, werealized we had no setups -- I waited about 5 minutes for the server to return, then just got up and stole them from anothertable nearby. (Good thing I did as the server did not return for another 15 minutes.) Then came the long winter of ourdiscontent. We sat and waited 45 minutes for our mains -- which were just burgers and fries. A nearby young couple with twotoddler children were at their wits' end as they had been seated well before we arrived, and only received their meals about 5minutes before we did. You can imagine the difficulty they were having controlling the toddlers. I can say that my burger wasVERY GOOD. Fries were just average. But nothing can justify waiting 45 minutes after an appetizer to receive three burgers. Ourserver was very apologetic throughout although we said nothing to him -- it was obviously not his fault. All in all anunpleasant experience and certainly not worth the wait. Read more

I tried the PB & J Burger (smooth peanut butter with bacon jam and a burger) and I was surprisingly impressed! First they served... us a bowl of homemade pickle chips (half sours is my guess). We did get seated downstairs where it is very cold (warning bring asweater!). The building is the old Simsbury Railroad Depot and still has some of the original items up! Worth the visit if youare just into trains! Read more

Our server, Mallory, was absolutely delightful! Food was delicious... definitely loved The Italian (non-burger) burger... and... the truffle fries were on point... the truffle flavor was there but not overpowering as some places end up doing it... A+ andwe'll absolutely be back! ???????????????????????? Read more

Just came back from a wonderful lunch at Plan B in Simsbury my wife had a build your own burger which came out perfect medium... rare with double Swiss cheese and I had the shepherds pie which came out piping hot and it was delicious. Our server Mallorywas excellent so kind and friendly she was very helpfull to us in selecting our entries. She catered to all our needs. I wouldrecommend this restaurant to all my friends and family. This place is definitely pretty cool. It's in an old train station and they leaned into the decor. The food was pretty typical... of Plan B and the bar was well stocked as expected. They offer trivia on Tuesdays and have a nice little outside dining area aswell as the inside area. It's a little cozy in size, so there aren't a ton of tables available, just a handful of booths and afew high tops. Definitely worth a visit just for the building. Parking is in a lot right across the street and really easy. Read more

It was a busy Saturday so there was a slight wait for an outside table for eight, but once seated, the service was prompt and... cheerful. My burger was topped with smoked brisket and a sweet bourbon sauce accompanied with great fries. Delicious! Andreasonably priced! I like non-alcoholic beer, so the only negative is that they serve only O'douls, when there are so manybetter NA beers to be had. Read more
